The issue is probably related to the format that you are saving the chart in , the default bmp is a
much larger file size.
Typically in the gif file format the size for most charts will be approx 50Kb.
I had the same problem when I started .
In snagit when you go to "save as" remember to scroll down to the gif format in the dialog box
before saving.
Step 2:
> On the toolbar select "File" and "Save As"
> The Save As window will be displayed with the default
"Save as type" dropdown menu: Windows Bitmap (*.bmp)
> Scroll thru the dropdown add select: CompuServe GIF (*.gif)
> Provide a File Name
that should address it.
