There are 78 5min bars per day.  So you could look back 5 days, or 390 bars.
Plot(C, .....  // for today's data
Plot(Ref(C, -390),....  // for one week ago.

But there are a few gottchas:
What about a holiday or half day?  You may have to use DayOfWeek(), DateNum(), and or TimeNum() to at least verify that there is no problem.  Also, check that your database doesn't leave holes when volume falls to zero and that there are no extra bars before or after normal trading hours.
