Hello,

Our support traffic is normal (we receive and respond to about 40 
questions per day),
so it is unlikely that problem is on our end.

If you did not receive response, it may be because your e-mail got 
filtered out by spam filter
(because your IP or ISP is listed on spam databases) or something is 
wrong with the sender server.
If you received auto-responder 26 times it is not normal because there 
is only one
auto-responder sent and only to original query. Your mail server may be 
looping or some
other problems.

The easiest solution is to try to send from different e-mail address.
