[amibroker] extending Amibroker and create a plugin

Hello , I wish to extend Amibroker .

For this , I think to use the IDE "Visual Basic Express Edition" .
I can to create a userform with button , textbox , combobox etc by using the IDE VB express edition...? But how to load this userform directly in amibroker ...

I have create a small file .dll but it is not recognized in the menu "tools"/plugin (even if I click on the buttons "Unload/Load")
