[amibroker] Constant Volume charts

TJ, would you please add additional room for higher Constant Volume
Bar charts? I use fractal volume charts based on 7 and the selection
of the chart depends on the volume of the particular stock. The
Constant Volume charts are limited to 1,000,000 but because of the
volume and volatility these days some charts require higher numbers. I
would sincerely appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you as
always for considering this request.
