[amibroker] Plugin not getting loaded

Hi TJ and members
 
I have put a third party .dll file into PlugIn folder.    But the 
plugin is not detected and loaded by Amibroker.  The plugin is not 
listed when I click Tools-->PlugIns.    
 
In fact some plugins that come packed with Amibroker (like FT.dll,  
IQFeed.dll, QP2.dll, TC2k.dll ) are also not displayed when I click 
Tools-->PlugIns.
 
Any help on this is appreciated.
