[amibroker] Markos Katsanos' (VFI-IPO) volume flow indicator for initial public offerings

Has anyone created Markos Katsanos' volume flow indicator for initial
public offerings (VFI-IPO) from the June 2004 article in Technical
Analysis of Stocks and Commodities.  I was curious if this indicator
can actually work well with IPOs.
