[amibroker] cannot get Lycos/Quote Intraday data

Hi all,

I used amibroker for quite a while grabbing EOD data from yahoo.
Recently I tried to retrieve intraday data from lycos/quote. 
I follow the Amibroker user guide to set up Intraday Quote server to
server #1 and uncheck "Use Livecharts account". However, I got
operation time out error and could not get any data from Lycos/Quote.

Can anybody tell me what I did wrong? Or do I have to subscribe
livecharts to get intraday?
