Does the Guru commentary refresh at the same rate as the chart / data coming in ?

the formula i use in the guru commentary is
"high" + WriteVal( H);
"low" + WriteVal(L);
" high with defined precision " + printf(StrFormat( "%.5f", H));

I see a difference between what is posted on the chart and what is
posted on the guru commentary. i use IB with 1 minute resolution and my
chart is 5 minute resolution.

I have posted a screenshot of the discrepency.
