I have no problem at all to zoom by dragging scroll bar and love this
new feature.
You need to play your mouse cursor at the ends of the scroll bar
(where the mouse cursor becomes "<-->"), hold the mouse and drag.

Is anyone having trouble using the scroll bar zoom feature?
Preferences is checked for feature but I can't seem to zoom
from the scroll bar.
