Please clarify. I want to be completely sure I understand.

Do you mean that Amibroker's ASCII importor can only handle
2 decimal points of precision? Or do you mean that the
limitation of precision to 2 decimals is due to what a data
supplier puts into their ASCII export files?

For example, if an ASCII file had a figure like "0.12345"
in a price field, would the import process into Amibroker
strip off the "345" portion of the number to just bring
").12" into Amibroker? Or would Amibroker import the entire
5 significant digits of precision?
