[amibroker] Quotes Plus plug-in question

I use Quotes Plus as my data source with Amibroker v4.70.
Page 64 of the manual says if new symbols are added or deleted the
Retrieve function must be run. 

Where might I find code or a procedure which could run this retrieve
function automatically once a week?
