I am also on IB, I download the following on one minute.
6EU5-GLOBEX-FUT
ER2U5-GLOBEX-FUT
ESU5-GLOBEX-FUT
NQU5-GLOBEX-FUT
YM SEP 05-ECBOT-FUT
ZB SEP 05-ECBOT-FUT
I have the RT back to May 5 , about 40 days. I merged the June data
int Sept so now have 40 days, merg shows under symbol, works great.
I backtest over last 20 days on the selected symbol, usually YM, but
could be any RT sym.
If you are on RT now, wait at least 10 days to backtest, and IB will
fill all up each day. Experimenting with backtesting over 1 or 3
minutes now.
I am a user since April and love AB how you can merge june to sept
data.Still learning afl.
