[amibroker] Need help figuring out data options

I would like to do some intraday backtesting.  What are my options for
getting some historical intraday data?  I use Interactive Brokers;
don't know if that helps me any.  I'm confused by all the various
options for getting data into AmiBroker and am looking for some advice.
