try other securities, and the default line breaks should be 3. i have
a feeling this system would work well on mutual funds. something like
a general equity or bond fund, not a sector fund. you want to find
something that is not too volatile, and something that has smooth trends.

individual stocks and indexes can be too choppy. you will find that
the stop levels can be too far away from the action as noted by Franco
in msg 26705. This is a common problem with SAR systems. there is a
definite trade off between too many trades and too much risk with any
system.
