Just a quick comment (I may be wrong ..)
As long as there is a measure that reflects the relative performance I 
am fine. I mean we're now in a bear market that is supposed to either 
have ended or is ending soon .. later we will have a new bull market. 
The leadership will be forcused in certain sectors. It is just I would 
be great to make sure to focus on the winners. It doesn't have to be 
the IBD formula. Anything will work ask long as can show which 
sectors and stocks within those sectors are better ..
