Tomasz,

Does the planned web-based forum mean AB users will lose the facility to
make their posts via email and automatically receive all posts via email?
IMHO it would be a big minus if we lost this.

What particular advantages do you see a web based forum offering over
EGroups? Email programs already have excellent facilities for following
threads, sorting and organising messages. In my experience most of the
web-centric forums require constant logging in to the web site (a real pain)
to keep up with events, rather than having all the information automatically
pushed to you via email.

FWIW Equis polled their Metastock user group list some while ago about
moving their email listserver to some other format and the vast majority of
users were in favour of keeping the email based list

Best Regards
John
