Hello mcm1,
Yes, TS4 will run under Win2000 as well as Win XP Pro.
I have used TS4 on both OS's with no major problems, although I did
have a security block/ port speed issue on Win2000 that does not occur
on XP - the fix is posted on www.traders2traders.com
