No. On the other hand, when someone coughs up a couple of
kilobucks to **buy** a piece of software, only to find out it's
full of so many bugs it's dangerous to use, and then a matter of
MONTHS later discovers the company has abandoned it (no future
bug fixes, even if you can still buy it in Europe) and expects
you to **rent** the software forever (no credit for the kilobuck$
spent on the previous version) if you want any bugs fixed -- then
you can understand that person getting a bit annoyed.
