Choppiness Indicator

 Hi Everyone

I have several questions regarding the above indicator:

Does anyone have the formula or ela for the Choppiness indicator?  Is this
the same indicator as the Choppiness Index that is available in the
omega-list archives?  Has anyone found it useful in their trading strategy?
If so, would you kindly share your experience.
