elkit32.lib missing when compile

When I compile  the sample in TS2k developer kit using Visual C++, it
say elkit32.lib is missing and I couldn't find it in my hard disk. Can
any kind soul tell me what's wrong and send me a copy of the file.

I feel that the copy of the SDK I have is not really complete and
wonder where can I get a full copy of it or at least I can compare
with my copy.
