Try a right mouse click in one of those "no data is available" windows, then
select "format symbol", then click through the tabs but don't change the
format, then click OK and wait and see if the data then loads. If that
doesn't work, then try changing one of the settings like Compression, and
then click OK. Once the data appears you can go back to the desired
compression. I've had this happen a few times and this solution always
works.
