Interactive Broker v. Globex Terminal with CFM

Currently I am trading the SP e-mini via internet connection with ib.

I am seriously considering setting up a Globex terminal at home, especially 
now that the terms are more favourable.

Firstly, does anyone have any direct experience with Globex and the 
software.

Secondly, my rt comm is $4.80 with ib, what kind of range can I expect to 
lower this to if I use Globex through a CFM.
