Thanks to all who responded. My friend sent me the following information
about why he was not getting a chart and I thought it might be a good thing
to document.
He wrote:
"So I loaded the Globex only session of the S&P futures and lo and behold I
got a chart. Looked right, looked left to find where/why/what the
differences were and I realized that I had put reset checkmarks all over the
place on the mini s&p sessions. I had not read what they were for and I
thought they meant include or exclude the session. Ooops. Took away the
offending checkmarks and voila charts showed up. I guess I should have
looked a bit more carefully in the first place."
