TS4 OMZ converter

I'm using TS6 (Ascii data file output) and want to send intraday data 
to a TS4 user (who needs .omz format).

I've tried the free converter at:
http://www.tssupport.com/onlinetools/omz/main.html

but I can't get the tick file conversion to work.  Does anyone have 
any suggestions for either another converter, or a manual way of 
getting the data into TS4?
