I suspect this is a CME problem. I show ND, NQ, SP, and ES stopping
at about 10:45 ET, though strangely ES started up again at 10:57.
Meanwhile $NDX (CBOE) and US (CBOT) are chugging along just fine.
(All in Qfeed via Dynastore to TS4.)
