In the "Format Symbol", "Setting", dialog on the middle right the
"Field" pull-down should have the choice of "Trade Record", "Bid
Record", and "Ask Record".
If they do not all appear there, you are not saving that data in the
Global Server and will need to add those in the Global Server
"History to Save" dialog.
