I believe the workaround is to manually create a text object as the very
first one in a chart.
The EL functions that write text then inherit the font and size from this
one.
I did not test to see if this could be done MORE THAN ONCE in the same
chart....

The only way I have found to control text size is thru Format
Window>Font>Size. In other words, I haven't found a way to control it
within ELA.
