Breakout system help

Hello List
I have been busy for several days trying to code a breakout system based
on the highest high and lowest low within a specified timeframe, without
succeeding.
Example: Place a buy stop order above the highest high in a time period lets
say starting 11:45am to 1:15pm.
The order should stay active for the rest of the day.
If anybody can help me with this coding I would greatly appreciate it.
