No news, just price fixing or a goof I guess. I happen to watch it on Level II when it happened. The bid and ask
were going up on no premarket volume and then they jumped to 1.63 X
1.64 right at the opening bell and 1800 shares were immediately traded at 1.63.
Right after that, the bid and ask returned to the 1.2 area.
