I use QCollector to download historical data from them.  The data it
downloads is very clean and adjusted for splits.  Other options may be
available if you code directly to the Quote.com API but not thru QCollector.
I don't know what you mean by adjusted for dividends.

If you decide to use Quote.com, I strongly recommend QCollector.  At $80,
it's a no-brainer and it works very well.  Dave DeLuca recently added some
features to allow downloading of bid and ask ticks as well.

Does anyone know if the historical data that is available from Quote.com is

web site but couldn't find the statement of their data policy.
