Fundamental Data/Forecasting

Hi it's Kevin again. I was wondering if anyone knows where you can get 
Fundamental information for a given Futures contract/Commodity to assist in 
building a Fundamental forecasting model? This could include free 
websites/commentaries as how to interrupt Fundamental information etc.

Has anyone here designed their own Fundamental forecasting model using 
regression analysis or any other method? How many hours does it take to 
build a good Fundamental model?

Keep in mind I am not talking about Technical analysis which is a separate 
discipline and is a entry/exit timing function.
