Look Forward Code

Hi List:

Does anyone have an idea how to code something that will look forward to 
estimate the number of bars before an indicator like RSX or VEL will cross a 
threshold or another slower indicator?   Maybe using the TLAngleEasy or 
something else.  

If Easy L. cannot do it, what will??  I can't code well enough to figure it 
out.
