How do you determine What the date of the next trading day is ?

Does anyone have a clue how to do this. I first considered just adding one
but that runs into problems when weekends and holidays occurr. Since ts has
a built-in calendar it uses is there an EL function that works for this, IF
there is I sure can't find it.
