Omega Research knowledgebase gone ?; Volume charting problem in TS2000i

Is that correct ? Old problems not researchable ?

Listen to this problem that just occurred with TS2000i:

1) In Realtime, Volume is being captured in Global Server
2) Volume refuses to plot in a chart (shows zero)
3) when the Symbol properties is toggled to Tick Count and back to Volume,
the last few bars of volume appear, but not going forward in real-time !!!!

Anyone experience this ?
Volume appears to be filtered from the charts.....
symbols are ESM2, NQM2.
