In the TS4 "Format Price Data" dialog box, if I click "Settings", then
"Universe", the "Display Value" default is 1/100. I would like it to
permanently default to 1/10000. Is there any way to do this?
Also, how can I permanently edit the symbol universe to change the point
values?
