Hello M.,
im not sam but i heard and was effected indirectly myself when they
took over pmb, i would not be surprised if they had many law suites
brought to them over that. major thing was non payment of monies owed,
and or slow to pay and or wrong amounts paid. i also know of one firm
that had a wire transfer reversed after the firm wrote checks on the
wired money. like banks who take over failed banks they risk bringing
themselves down from the burden.
