Error Message in Future Source and Trade Station

I am using Future Source Manager with Trade Station 4.27 on Windows 2000.

Yesterday I started getting an error message:  OR_SG an error has occurred
in your application.  This has happened twice yesterday and once today.
Does anyone have any knowledge / experience with this error message?

One Future Source technician has suggested that I uninstall Trade Station
and reinstall it.
