Running TS2000i and TS4 together

Good afternoon, folks.

I got a new Windows 2000 Pro box, and I'm trying to run both TS4 and
TS2000i on it. I've done this before on other systems with no
problem, but this one isn't cooperating.

I'm running both TS4 and TS2000i in offline mode, displaying ASCII
data files. (I run TS2000i charting directly without starting the
GS.) Either TS4 or TS2000i can run individually with no problems.

But if I run TS4 and TS2000i at the same time, TS2000i can't open
some file. It seems to be the symbol universe. After I specify the
ASCII file I want to chart, and it asks me for the file format, I get
an "ODBC Microsoft Access Driver Login Failed" dialog box saying
"Could not use '(unknown)'; file already in use." If I hit Cancel I
get a login dialog for "Data Source: OmegaUniverse32." Sometimes
this has login information for "omegauser" but not always. If I
cancel out of this login prompt (several times) it eventually crashes
with an "Application Error" that starts:
    Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION
    Fault address: 61ECB111 01:0003A111
    C:\PROGRA~1\Trading\Omega\Program\Or_uni32.dll

As soon as I exit TS4 and the TS4 server, TS2000i can open charts
without any trouble.

I haven't tried calling Omega yet. They've been less than helpful
with several similar problems, so I thought I'd try here first.

Has anybody run into this, and do you have any idea how to solve it?

I'm running Win2000 SP2, TS4 build 27, TS2000i SP5 version 5.00.0822.
