If both machines are on a network.  Then the following will work for you.
Find the folder on the PC that has all the email messages.  Then on the new
PC, select File->Import->Messages.  When asked from where you want to
import, select a folder and point the program to the directory on the other
machine.  It will input all the messages.  You can also export the address
book to a 'WAB' file and import that so that you don't have to reenter all
the email addresses.
