No one asked for this file to be made available and by default permission
isn't public for downloads from the ftp server. The other file, which is
what you find when you search www.traders2traders.com was announced to
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and was made available.

That's really strange. I uploaded the file on Monday and emailed the
administrator at support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, where did it go? There's
another similar file from srqblue@xxxxxxxxxxx, seems to have what you want
except for SP-PREM (same as my file). Sounds like the file I uploaded,
maybe they got the email address of the contributor wrong. Give it a try
and let me know, it's called "Indices.xpo" under What's New, if it's not
the file I uploaded (mine was 9.2Mb), I'll send it to you on a CD or we can
try again. You could email cwest@xxxxxxxxxxxx and ask him if it's the file.
