Don't you find it a bit ironic "John," that you demand "full
disclosure" and "honesty" and urge others to "not hold back,"
while using an alias that's never been seen on this list?

Now, "John," you wouldn't want to actually work on it would you?
Welfare State mentality: you are given $1000, but you are angry
because you think you deserve $2000 (or more).
