OT: Partitioning a hard drive

In setting up a new box for trading with a 60GB hard drive, what's the best 
way to partition it?
I'm thinking maybe split into three:
c:\ windows OS system files only (10GB)
d:\ Tradestation & data (25GB)
e:\ Everything else (25GB)

But what is the best way to do it from a performance perspective, and what 
should the swap file size be?
