Strategy Execution with TS - Anything Better?

I have developed some very robust strategies with TS and now I want to
execute them. Before I open an account with TS Securities, I want your
opinion if there is anything better that does automated strategy execution.

I received a reference to CQG and/or Aspen Graphics.

Can you recommend another or confirm/deny these recommendations?

Here are some of my constraints:

I manage money at an institutional level. I need more than a little program
that executes an eMini. I am focused on Futures and Commodities, with some
Equities. I want something that is robust with stable servers. More
importantly, I want the automated orders to fill.
