ES2H 1 & 3 min charts ok, 5min and greater aren't

After the 10-27-2002 BMI problem on my TS4 I find I still have  a  problems
looking for solutions.
Even though I have deleted the 40bonn.idx and the bonn5 files three times
and rebuilt the tick(index) file,I keep getting this message after the file
rebuild is completed: "cannot open tick file, rebuild failed".  I am
collecting some kind of data(F3 in the Server shows alphabetical symbols
flowing) but the globex symbols aren't updating.

Any suggestions would be very timely.
