My Globalserver takes about that long to start when it's been shut down
prematurely. By prematurely I mean when TS has crashed or the GS has
crashed and it was terminated with the three finger salute (CTRL-ALT-DEL)
and Task Manager. I always try to shut down with File > Exit. If I exit
using this then it only takes a few seconds to initialize and load with a
sizeable portfolio.

cache settings is on 1 day... The computer is quiet new.
