Thanks to Chris C. and Jimmy S. for help importing omz into my screwed up GS.

Chris put me on to http://disktrading.is99.com/disktrading for historical fx. 

FYI: Iavor <disktrading@xxxxxxxx> has fx majors and crosses, indices and
some futures in omz/xpo at reasonable prices.  The service was terrific and
Iavor went beyond the call in resolving some problems.
