Time Difference between charts

I have an E-Mini SP workspace that has 2 charts -- a 1 minute chart and a 3
minute chart.  Data feed is E-Signal.

The 1 minute chart matches E-Signal charts, but the 3 minute chart is
anywhere from 4-8 minutes behind the 1 minute.

Anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this?  Isn't the same data
feed used to construct both charts?
