Can't import SPY files into TS2K

Two list members graciously sent me intraday data for SPY, in both OMZ
and XPO formats, and none will paste unto TS2000i.

The import proceeds until the "finish" step when I get the message that
SPY is either not in my portfolio (which it is)  or there is invalid
date data.  I'm sure both people exported the data normally - one used
BMI and the other used PC Quote Hyperfeed.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get the data to import.
