ok  here is my brilliant strategy, we have fly over rights now so this
should  work.  we simply find the cave they are held up in (we do this
air  dropping  tee  shirts)  and  then  drop  a  big water bomb at the
entrance  of  the  cave.   this should either drown them or flush them
out. ;-)
